                                        JOB DESCRIPTION



   1. LAW OFFICE (2007 to 2009) Alvina Law office, Naga City, Philippines

       I am responsible for the drafting and preparation of pleadings, commercial contracts and
       affidavits. I do calendar all schedule of hearings and appointments of the associates. In
       connection with the pleadings I prepare, if it is time to file memorandum either for the plaintiff
       or the respondent, I make researches of applicable jurisprudence and rulings to be included in
       the memorandum. I do interview preliminarily the client and afterwards refer it to the
       associates for proper dialog. Process serving such as filing a complaint in the proper court or in
       the fiscal’s office is also one of my responsibilities. Updating the associates’ diary and daily
       schedule is also one of my task.


   2. COURT (2009 to 2011) Branch 23 Regional Trial Court, Naga City, Philippines

       I do the docketing of the cases being files in the regional trial court respective branch. Drafting
       of summons is also one of my specific task. I do the index of the memorandum issued by the
       Supreme Court for the clerk of court.
3. FISCAL’S OFFICE (2009 to 2011) City Prosecutors Office, Naga City, Philippines

        Checking the complaints filed by the complainants and guides them to state the allegations
        under oath by the officer of the fiscal’s office. Facilitate records archive and recovery of files in
        reopening of cases or if applicable in inquest proceedings.



    4. PHARMACY (1997 to 2007) Felfor Drug Store, Libmanan Camarines Sur, Philippines

        I was held responsible for the management of all the employees in the pharmacy. Including but
        not limited to payroll, leave, time of report and the like. I do the purchasing and management of
        stocks, checking invoice, recording of daily sales report, inventory. Over all I am responsible for
        the sales management of the establishment. I also do the book keeping and take note of the
        monthly, quarterly and annual taxes due. I maintain the prescription book updated for the
        tracking of antibiotics dispensed and also the galenicals book. I also do the reporting on regular
        basis as required by the Bureau of Foods and Drugs.
