This document outlines the agenda and activities for Day 3 of the MPPGA Mind 2018 event. It includes sessions on mindfulness, exploring the body, life sketches, and discussions. Participants were guided through exercises on breathing, present versus future-focused thinking, and creating 5-year life plans. Short summaries of relevant science from York University in Ontario were also provided.
