record of supplying both agency and permanent staff
to the rail, construction and public services industries.

RECRUITMENT METHODS
RESPONSE HANDLING
Response handling can be very time consuming especially in today’s
buoyant marketplace. We therefore offer a response handling service in
addition to our total recruitment solution. This service handles the whole
process from screening applications to arranging interviews.
Our dedicated and experienced resourcers who have years of experience in
recognising suitable applicants will handle the response and match
applicants specifically to your requirements.

TELEPHONE INTERVIEWS
Holding face-to-face interviews is a time consuming process. Pre-screening
applicants by telephone to ensure accurate matches is an efficient way to
ensure minimal time loss.
This will save you a lot of time and effort by ensuring you only see the
candidates right for the role.
There is no ‘finders fee’ payable in this arrangement.

A1 Secured has a wealth of experience in advertising
campaigns. We can benefit any advertising you are
planning on undertaking from recommending the best
design companies to negotiating better costs for your
advertising space in whichever medium you may opt for
or we recommend.
We can help you ensure that your budget is spent in areas
where you can maximise the response from the right
type of candidates cost-effectively.
We can also save you time by dealing exclusively with
the response from your advertising. With the current
marketplace being so buoyant with candidates, clients
who advertise have been getting in excess of 500 CVs per
