12. Medical Treatment and Necessities of Life for Mr. Shoaib Spring 2011 With contribution of Rs. 20,000/- Mr. Shoaib, 22, is jobless, lives in a rented house with his ill mother. Shoaib needed sustenance to survive for four months after which he had to shift to another city with her mother. Mirza, Faizan, Fahd and Jahangir provided a donation of Rs. 20,000/- so that he could manage his expanses till he is in Karachi. For cultural reasons the picture is not available. Setting up of an Industrial Stitching Unit of 5 Workers Spring 2011 With contribution of Rs. 25,000/- Anam and Ayisha have identified four needy girls named Zainab, Umm-e-Rabab, Aimon and Rukhsana, after training of a month they will be provided a space, machines, material and orders so that they can start earning their livelihood. Total Initial investment is Rs. 25,000. This unit is expected to start working on 21st May 11. Rashid’s mother is also a skilled stitcher who will be the fifth lady in the unit, on the other hand education of Rashid and his siblings is also been arranged by Anam and Ayesha. 59. Mobile Repair Shop in Gulistan-e-Johar With investment of Rs. 30,000/- Mukhtar, Shumaila and Aisha established a shop by the name of Fox computers with an investment of Rs. 30,000/-. This shop provided an employment to Mr. Ali Hasan who belongs to a deserving family. The investment was recovered in 5 months time and after that the shop was handed over the employee.
