My research interest include nanoscale electron devices based on CMOS scaling and on alternative materials and structures, the development of nanotechnology CAD tools, and the design of extremely low-power ICs and smart systems for ambient intelligence scenarios.
I am author and co-author of 170+ papers in peer-reviewed journals and 120+ papers in proceedings of international conferences. My work has received 2400+ citations on the ISI Thomson-Reuters database and 7700+ citations on Google Scholar database.
