productive and ensure that he/she is
focusing on the right things while pursuing their goals.

A good To-do-list should be...
• Simple: A maximum of 3 most important
tasks is cool for a day
• Prepared the night before: write it the night
before, sleep over and get your mind to
work in the morning
• Followed accordingly: Prioritize your task,
and start with the most strategic ones first.

Common To-do-list mistakes
• Too many items on the list (Quantity instead
of quality)
– Remember, you only need tasks directly
connected to your goal. Don’t set up yourself
for failure, set task that you can finish in record
time.
• Not prioritizing your task
– All tasks are not equal, the most strategic ones
are better tackled early in the day.

goals and objectives in life should be included

Physically
Spiritually
Mentally etc.
Always ask, what connection does this task have with my goal?
If you can’t establish any link, it means that task is a time waster.
