and coded. TLN is the light that helps citizens
express their needs and guides them on in its
path of autonomy and emancipation.

and if they are really necessary that day in that

New digital welfare model that becomes a
“combination of opportunity - responsibility”
allowing the volunteers to recognize the new
social needs.
Cloud web services & mobile App to create a
social board of needs that connect needy and
registered volunteers.
The traffic light on the App will guide the
volunteers: RED => unassigned needs,
YELLOW => only assigned needs,
GREEN => no needs on the board.
