COMPLEXEs
Real Estate Project Promotions inside a residential complex gives a unique opportunity to
interact with the residents, where we are interacting with the right kind of people who have the
propensity to purchase.
We book a community hall or an open area inside a residential complex to promote real estate
projects among the residents of the complex.
We deliver invitation cards to each flat two days prior to the event, and put up posters on the
notice boards.

FM Radio Partnerships –We have tied up with FM Radios to give the event a proper name, and
then partner with FM Radio like RED FM, which is a Hindi only channel and has higher
for the same.
–FM would announce the event on their radio station one or two days prior to the actual
–RED FM can put up their logos on the backdrop and invitation cards, as a part of the deal.
Press Releases – For activities like World Cup wishing wall, we would be doing a press release
with some of the leading publications.
Social Media Marketing – We would post the event information on all the Facebook pages and
post the post event photographs on the same.

Pick & Drop Services
• We facilitated the customers with pick & drop service.
Customers had a first hand feeling of the project, and
experience how it is different from other residential
projects. The customers were given special offers on spot
booking
• A luxury car fleet of 30 cars (Honda City, Toyota Innova
etc) were arranged to pick up the guests from Nungi
Railway Station & Taratala.
• More than 4000 customers attended the event every
weekend. More than 100 spot bookings were done on each
weekend. Event got extended for three weekends

• Real Estate Companies in Kolkata are spending heavily on advertisements, i.e. print, outdoor and radio, in order to
promote their upcoming projects. Almost every day one can see a full page cover to cover print ads in the leading dailies
like The Telegraph, The Times of India, ABP etc.
• Interestingly if we analyses all the print advertisements in the recent issue of “Home Sweet Home” supplement, you would
not be able to differentiate / recall advertisements after some time. Surprisingly all the ads look almost same.

•Whether its a luxurious residential project or a low cost housing project, all projects are selling based on few standard
offerings like: - AC Community Hall, Swimming Pool, Health Club / Gym, Childrens’ Garden / Play Area, Indoor Games
Zone, Gated Community, Hi speed Elevators, Vaastu Compliant.
•These are undoubtedly important benefits, but when all the builders are offering this, these features loose their
importance. Its high time the real estate developers start highlighting something which is beyond the above features. The
above features are so common now that they do not help in comparing two competing projects or help decide the
project. All the projects have similar offerings.
