Zaključci
▪ Statističkom obradom dobivenih podataka u kojima su sudjelovale
44 žene, 45 muškaraca, visine od 150 – 190 cm, te tjelesne mase
od 50 – 90 kg, zaključili smo:
a) Najniži krvni tlak izmjeren učenicima ima vrijednost 90/50, a
profesora 100/80, dok najviši izmjereni krvni tlak učenika iznosi
140/80, a profesora 150/80, najveći postotak ispitanika imao
normalan krvni tlak 120/80 mmHg
b) Poslije tjelesne aktivnosti dijelu ispitanika je krvni tlak ostao isti,
dok se dijelu ispitanika krvni tlak smanjio odnosno povećao
Zaključci
c) 57% ispitanika konzumira 4-5 obroka dnevno, dok svega 17 od
ukupno 89 ispitanika konzumira doručak prije polaska u
školu/posao
d) Manje od 10 ispitanika konzumira fast food 2 puta tjedno, dok
svega 4 ispitanika ne konzumiraju povrće ili salatu uz obrok
e) 50% ispitanika konzumira voće svakodnevno, 76% ispitanika
konzumira međuobrok
f) 8 ispitanika nikada ne konzumira prerađene ugljikohidrate, dok
ih 70 konzumira ponekad ili često
g) 63% ponekad konzumira med, a 66% taj med konzumira uz čaj
h) 71% ispitanika najčešće pije vodu
Zaključci
i) 40 ispitanika često konzumira suhomesnate proizvode, a 3
ispitanika nikada
j) 66% ne konzumira duhanske proizvode, dok ih 34% konzumira
k) 47% ispitanika se bavi sportom, a 53% sportom se ne bavi
l) 2% ispitanika nikada ne ide u šetnju, a 98% ponekada ili često
m) Većina ispitanika spava manje od 8 sati dnevno
n) Većina ispitanika provede više od 2 sata dnevno pred „ekranom”
KONAČNI ZAKLJUČAK
*krvni tlak je promjenjiv, mijenja se tijekom dana i noći i podložan je mnogim
vanjskim i unutarnjim čimbenicima
*neki od ovih faktora su neovisni o našim aktivnostima, kao što su dob, spol,
nasljedni čimbenici, ali većina je ipak pod našim utjecajem
*ako želite sniziti svoj tlak hranom, u dnevni jelovnik uključite ribu, ulje lanenih
sjemenki, sok brusnica i celera, jabučni ocat, lubenicu, maslinovo ulje, cjelovite
žitarice i krastavce
*ako želite povisiti svoj tlak, u jelovnik uključite đumbir, bademe, sokove od
mrkve i cikle, maslinovo i kokosovo ulje bogato C i E vitaminom

Zaključci ▪ Statističkom obradom dobivenih podataka u kojima su sudjelovale 44 žene, 45 muškaraca, visine od 150 – 190 cm, te tjelesne mase od 50 – 90 kg, zaključili smo: a) Najniži krvni tlak izmjeren učenicima ima vrijednost 90/50, a profesora 100/80, dok najviši izmjereni krvni tlak učenika iznosi 140/80, a profesora 150/80, najveći postotak ispitanika imao normalan krvni tlak 120/80 mmHg b) Poslije tjelesne aktivnosti dijelu ispitanika je krvni tlak ostao isti, dok se dijelu ispitanika krvni tlak smanjio odnosno povećao
