Style View
Style view is a behavioral assessment tool which assesses the decision making styles of
senior management executives.

It is based on the original works of Dr.Kenneth R Brousseau, PhD & Dr. Michael J Driver PhD,
former professors of University of Southern California, USA. Research on these decision
Styles has been published in Harvard Business Review of February 2006.

This tool assesses the decision making in role style and in operating styles.

The four basic styles which the tool assesses are Decisive, Hierarchic, Flexible and
integrative.

The test report elaborates various decision making styles and the significance of each style.
This tool has applications in Leadership Development, Team Building, Recruitment, Coaching
and mentoring people.
Career View
Career view is a behavioral assessment tool which assesses the Career concept and career
motives of senior management executives.

It is based on the original works of Dr. Kenneth R Brousseau PhD & Dr. Michael J Driver PhD,
former professors of University of Southern California, USA. Research on these styles has
been published in Harvard Business Review of February 2006.

This tool assesses the Career Concepts of the executives. The four career concepts which
this tool assesses are Expert, Linear, Spiral and Transitory.

The report explains the various career concepts and career motives.

The feedback will be extremely useful in Talent Management and Career Planning,
Succession Planning etc.

            Mr.Siraj is the Founder Director, Institute of HRD. He is a Rank Holder in Engineering from Mysore
            University. He holds an M.B.A in Human Resources Management. He has designed and successfully
            conducted a wide range of training programmes for MNC’s Private and Public sector enterprises in
            India & Middle East. He was the Vice President-South of Indian Society for Training & Development,
            during 2001-2002. He has over 15 years experience in Training, Consulting, Marketing and
            Management Education. He has undergone a certification programme in Style View & Career View
            Online assessment systems of Decision Dynamics LLC, USA. He is the Co-editor of Five books in
            Human Resources Management which include,Talent management, Competency Mapping and
            Training & Development, Strategic HRM & Performance Management. Mr.Siraj has personally
            conducted training programme for many organizations which include ITC Infotech, Larsen & Toubro
            Ltd., ABB Ltd., Sanofi Aventis, Balco, Ranbaxy Laboratories, C-dot, ACC Ltd , Avaya, BHEL, SPIC Group
            and many more.




             Mr. Aaron Watson is an International speaker, coach and a mentor. He was the first Indian to
             represent India and Sri Lanka at the World Championship for Public Speaking hosted by
             Toastmasters International Santa Anna California USA for two consecutive years 2009 and 2010.
             He has a rich experience in the HR functions in reputed organizations such as Bosch India Ltd.,
             Sobha Developers Ltd and L&W Construction Pvt Ltd. He holds a masters degree in Human
             resources Management. He is also the author for the recently released book titled
             “Voices of my Heart”

Research on these decision Styles has been published in Harvard Business Review of February 2006. This tool assesses the decision making in role style and in operating styles.
