Always check technical quality before Interpreting!
Technical Quality • Projection – AP, PA, Lateral, Lateral Decubitus. • Orientation • Rotation • Penetration • Degree of Inspiration
ABCDEFGHI!! • Positioning • Airway • Bones and Soft tissue • Cardiac Silhoutte, Mediastinum. • Diaphragms • Effusion • Fields of lung • Gastric Air Bubble • Hilum • Instruments.
1. Left pneumothorax 2. Right pneumonia with air bronchogram. 3. Right middle and lower lobe pneumonia. 4.severe MS with left atrial enlargement and dilated pulm art.
