You need to complete the Vietnam visa application form accessible on our website (ensure
that all personal information is correct)
Proceed payment with addition charge (US$10 and US$20/person for 8 and 4 hours -
processing respectively)
Print the approval letter that we send by email and take it with you to get the visa at the
airport.
Note*:
2 photos of passport's size is required (4*6cm)
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the day to Vietnam.
Stamping fee remains the same to urgent visa at the airport. ($25 for single-entry visa and
$50 for multiple-entry visa)
Application form should be received before 8:30am in Vietnam (GMT +7), approval letter will
be sent by email at 6am on the same date for 8 working hours - processing.
