17. Recent Projects
This project took place in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Fiinovation has done – Project conceptualization, Project designing,
Project implementation (In partnership with AROH Foundation) and
Monitoring & Evaluation. It is an environmental project under which 100
farmers will be trained and capacitate to adopt the in-situ and ex-situ
measures of rain water harvesting to meet their irrational needs as well
as for ground water recharge.
Thematic Intervention in the Environment Sector
PI Foundation, a trust by PI Industries initiated their CSR Programme
themed on “Income Generation through Sustainable Agriculture” in
partnership with Fiinovation & Harsha Trust in Odisha. The sustainable
agriculture practices entails the adoption and mainstreaming of the Good
Agriculture Practices among the small and marginal farmers.

In line with the increasing demand of medical professionals to deal with
emergency situations, RPG Foundation, the non-profit arm of RPG
Enterprises & KEC International Limited, Jhotwara, Rajasthan,
collaborated with Fiinovation for implementing their CSR initiative at
Jaipur, Rajasthan. The project titled “ Sanjeevani Project” was formally
kicked off on 17th November 2016.
Integrated Skill Development Programme in Healthcare Sector
This project took place in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Fiinovation was involved with Flex foods right from the project
conceptualization to project designing and finalization stage and at
present Fiinovation has partnered with AROH Foundation to implement
an environmental project. The project involves planting of a fruit bearing
sapling to 100 beneficiaries and monitoring the progress of the plantation
Thematic Intervention in the Environment Sector
19. Pipavav Railway Corporation Limited commissioned Fiinovation to
execute a third party impact assessment of their CSR initiative at Raska
village, Limbdi block, Surendranagar District, Gujarat. The intervention
focused on installing 100 bio-toilets at the household level. This Impact
Assessment Report is an outcome of the evaluation study conducted by
Fiinovation of the effort made by Pipavav with technical assistance and
collaboration of Community Friendly Movement (NGO).

This project took place in the following places - Anantpur & Kurnool in AP,
Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, Mansa & Sangrur in Punjab and Garoth in MP. The
study entailed understanding the demographic details including socio
economic aspects of the people living in the area, availability of
infrastructure etc. Post the need-assessment study, practical
recommendations have been given to mytrah, so as to enable them plan
the CSR project/program.

20. The project took place in Vijaywada & Vishakapatnam. Laurus Labs Pvt.
Ltd. approached Fiinovation to conduct a Mid term evaluation study. The
evaluative study was carried out with a view to identify the
shortcomings of the project and to further strengthen the CSR initiative
Safe Drinking Water
This project took place in Udaipur (Rajasthan), Kankroli (Madhya Pradesh)
and Mysore (Karnataka). A detailed research was carried out to assess the
efficacy and effectiveness of the Adult Literacy Centres. Fiinovation
designed a descriptive and tailor made parameters on the basis of which
2 month long study has been done. Post which recommendations and
suggestions were given on the basis of which value additions are being
done for the project.
