• Company has 4 levels for their customers: None,

• When a customer reaches a new level, the company
may want to send them specific email blasts.
• ilinkONE Version 8 can help to automate that process
for them!

33. How this would work: Overview
• UDCFs would be created for the Membership Levels
• Unique Email Templates would be created for each
Event (i.e. Contact went up to a new level)
• You would use the Triggered Events feature to set up
when each Email Template should be sent out, and
what UDCF field should trigger it.

34. How this would work: Data
• A new User-Defined Contact Field would be created
titled “Customer Level”. Options for each of their
levels would be added too.
• The client would supply data on a regular basis,
listing their customers and the current level.
• That data would be imported into our system.

35. How this could work: Emails
• Before any data is imported, you would build a
unique email template for each level.
• For example:
– Template 1: Welcome to the Bronze club
– Template 2: Welcome to the Silver club
– Template 3: Welcome to the Gold club

36. How this would work: Scheduling
• You would then use the Triggered Events
functionality to automate which email templates
should be sent for each UDCF option for the
“Customer Level” field.
• You would specify that the “Welcome to Bronze”
template is sent whenever a customer goes from
“None” to “Bronze”, and that the “Welcome to
Silver” template is sent whenever a customer goes
from “Bronze” to “Silver”, etc.

• Once the Triggered Event is set up, then it’s pretty
much a hands-off operation.
• Our script would run each night to analyze the latest
data that’s been imported.
• If it finds a condition has been met for a record, it
will send the appropriate email automatically for
you.

Quick mention of ilinkONE Version 8… The integrated modules, the development cycle --- releases and quick quotes.
Now, there are a lot of features released in the past few months. We only have an hour today, thus, I certainly won’t get to them all .So… the plan is… we will get through a number of them today. Most of them are on the Marketing and CRM side of the software.And then we will invited you to a separate webinar in the next 2 weeks that focuses on the Warehouse and Orders side.Certainly, efforts primarily focused in most recent release on Marketing, Orders, and Fulfillment.
Now, please note that we are turning this feature on for all customers… The most common use that we are seeing is sales reps that might be on the road. They could say … I’m going to visit someone in Chicago, show me all prospects that are nearby.This can be combined with other filters as well… such as Type of Contact, Sales Step, etc.
We have updated the Manual regarding our software. Now, it is a huge file!So, we are planning on distributing it multiple ways: - We will update the link on your left navigation menu to point to the new PDF - We will add a link to the PDF on the MRC home page - But we are also going to convert this to web-friendly content in the MRC that you’ll be able to search by and easily navigate through.Expect to see that by the end of the week.
