(57) Abstract :
The embodiments disclosed herein relates to a method and system for interference management in a communication network. The
system achieves interference management by coordinating the prioritized use of Frequency Time Resource Blocks (FTB) in the
network. When a user initiates/receives a call the system checks in a FTB usage count map (cMap). The cMap has cells each
corresponding different FTBs and the value in each cell indicates availability of corresponding FTB. Further the system checks the
interference indicator for the available FTBs in a prioritized manner (most used first). If the interference indicator of a FTB meets the
predefined criteria that FTB is selected for the transmission. By selecting and using cells having desired interference indicator value
interference associated with the data transmission in the system gets reduced.

(57) Abstract :
Bad news is news that drastically and negatively alters a persons view of his or her future. The process of breaking bad news is
employed in almost all walks of our lives like terminating the job of a worker or even in telling a patient his dreadful diagnosis. Bad
news is an uncomfortable experience for both the giver and receiver. But good or bad, it is an essential task and has to be properly
done whether we like it or not. As different people react differently to bad news, the process of breaking bad news needs to be
specifically tailored to the needs of the individual concerned, with due respect being paid to a each ones unique history and the
constellation of fears and concerns. The earlier protocols for breaking bad news are The SPIKES protocol and The Breaks protocol
fail to address all the physical, psychological, social and spiritual issues concerned with breaking bad news in an Indian context. Many
times an Indian receiver of bad news remains directionless. Hence we propose a new process - DISHA - a new protocol to break bad
news which is a uniform easy protocol simple enough to be usable not only in our day to day life but also implementable for training
as regular part of our professional curriculum, especially in the medical setting. The name DISHA is an acronym [Determine his
needs. Informing all involved, Sharing the necessary aspects, handling Hope and Assisting the receiver] which is really beneficial for
the receiver as well as the giver of bad news and it literally means direction which suits the nomenclature because it gives proper
direction to the receiver of bad news. By taking steps to improve our methodology of breaking bad news as outlined in the principles
of DISHA, we can hope to contribute more completely towards those mortals who are the unfortunate receivers of bad news.

(57) Abstract :
The present invention is related to a cotton picker Spindle No. which is aimed to pick cotton bolls from cotton plant by rotary motion.
The invention, more particularly, aims to develop a cotton picker Spindle No. to pick trash free cotton bolls from the plant which are
grasped during forward movement of the Spindle No. and further loosening the collected cotton bolls during reverse stroke.
Commercial cotton pickers available in the market are developed for single flushing cotton plants. They require de-leafing of the
cotton plant, some time before picking and then use a mechanism whereby the cotton plant is crushed between collecting spindles
which via rotary motion wound cotton from plants and by the releasing mechanism then remove cotton form spindles for further
conveying. In the said process, the plant is completely destroyed. Hence it is suitable only for single flush. The aim of the present
invention is to develop a cotton collecting Spindle No. which should pick cotton from plants without damaging, de-leafing or
destroying the plants and make them available for multi flushing. The present invention as shown in figure 1 is the Spindle No. in
three zones. The Spindle No. is attached to cotton picker mechanism in zone A, collected cotton wounds freely over the smooth
surface on zone B and the taper in zone C penetrate the cotton bolls and cotton is grabbed by the serrations (D) on the taper surface.

(57) Abstract :
The World Wide Web has become a highly adopted platform for Web applications. The traditional structured systems analysis and
design as well as object oriented analysis and design (UML) cannot capture all the requirements of the Web Applications. There are
various web-engineering techniques used to capture the requirements of Web Applications, but there is no silver bullet to capture all
the characteristics of the Web applications. The notations and diagrams of the particular method cannot produce the good modeling of
web applications; therefore we tried to assimilate all the goodies of the Web Engineering techniques. By considering the strengths and
weaknesses of various Web engineering techniques, we have formulized a conceptual framework by integrating, investigating various
