This document provides an agenda for a bereavement care event in Dublin on July 3rd, 2014. The event is supported by the Hospice Friendly Hospitals Programme and will focus on sharing bereavement care resources and experiences across Irish hospitals. The day-long event will include welcome remarks, presentations on bereavement support initiatives nationwide and at various hospitals, group work to discuss the impact of a bereavement care network, and information on related grant opportunities.
