goal.
• It can be considered a driving force.

• A great deal of motivation comes from one's
state of happiness.

• Do what you like the most - like watching
movies, talking, social networking
• Try photography
• Drink lots of water

• Many people underestimate the importance
of their own energy level.

• Unfortunately, they only remember after they
pull that all-nighter.

• Sleep is nature's downtime. Make sure that you
get enough of it, & a good quality of it.
• Caffeine doesn't actually help you gain
energy, it just lessens the effect of being tired.
Consider replacing your caffeine with vitamins
B [Milk, Egg, Breakfast Cereal].
• Proper diet.

• Efficiency is extremely important.
• Without efficiency a person will have zero
motivation to do anything.

• Skill: Are you good at something? Then don't
be afraid to do it. Are you average at
something? Then remember that practice
makes perfect.
• Compete: Compete with yourself.
• Mistakes: Learn from your mistakes & don’t
repeat it again. Eventually, you will master
them.

• Support is just making you doubly sure that
you will succeed.
• It doubles the motivation.
