                                                              users at risk of social exclusion, aiming to their empow-
                                                              erment in the Knowledge society. This training curricu-
                                                              lum will be based on an innovative blended learning
                                                              environment inspired in Web 2.0 as well as on user-cen-
                                                              tred didactics.
