Misunderstanding of Team 
Some people think it must be a team 
if it would be called a team. 
A team is not about what it is called. 
It is about how it works.
Power of The Team 
Once you are in a team, 
there you have concerns. 
You are connected and closer 
with other people in a team. 
Achieve more far than headcounts do.
Are You In a Team? 
You might get confused. 
Although you work with other people 
in what they call a team, 
I say it is not a team. 
Then what is it instead of a team?
A Team and a Group 
I say it is a group. 
Yes it is not a team, just a group. 
A group is made on a subject. 
It is not necessary to be closer. 
It does not matter if connected or not.
Intention Does Matter 
Look, a team can not be naturally. 
It should be built intentionally. 
HOW? 
You can find out some ways 
on the net and in the books.
Fake It Till Make It 
I can tell you another way. 
You can start it right now with no 
payment. 
Just do thing like as you are in a team. 
Just treat people like as they are in a team. 
One day, you will find yourself in a team.
