Please let this letter serve as a recommendation for Issa Zabaneh as an excellent
Graphic Designer. Myself being the Senior Graphic Designer with Exsilio, I have
had the pleasure of working with Issa for the past 2 years. When Issa was first
hired onto our department, he was eager to learn and quickly assimilated himself
not only into our corporate culture but team dynamic. It became clear from the
start that Issa was committed to producing quality work which challenged the rest
of our team to step up our game and think outside the box. We were sad to see
Issa leave for new opportunities, but we also know that he would have no prob-
lem finding the right position.
Issa is a very personable professional designer who wants as many details as
possible prior to meeting with clients in order to deliver the right product/design
to fit their business model. I found my experiences with Issa to be fun and engag-
ing rather than work. He is a brilliant graphic designer and his substantive
approach goes well beyond many of the applicants we have apply to our agency.
During his tenure with our company, Issa worked on projects with such major
clients as: Microsoft, Amazon, and HP where he excelled at front-end develop-
ment and demand generation marketing.
Issa never missed a meeting and was often able to quickly think on his feet in
order to produce designs even at a moment's notice. He would deliver all work
ahead of schedule and was transparent in the hours it took him to complete a
project – which made our account managers life a lot easier when maintaining
client relations. He was one of the few designers that everyone in our office
actually enjoyed doing business with on a regular basis. His enthusiasm and
personal touch was able to reach across the aisle to our other departments
including both back-end developers and IT operations personnel.
