18. Document Navigation and Bookmarks The pages tab lets you navigate through the document. You can also add a bookmark to any section on any page in a multi-page document and then navigate directly to the same.

26. Bar Coded Separator Pages Among other things, scan settings let you specify use of bar coded separator pages when batch scanning a stack of several multi-page documents.
27. Settings Section A view of the settings section. You can see different types of users, set up groups, roles, connected users and security labels.
28. Document Types An example of how you can create a document type – Invoice containing the invoice number, date, status (paid/ unpaid) fields. You can create as many Document Types as you need and even modify the ones we ship by default.
29. Role Based Security You can define different security roles with different levels of access to documents. Users can then be assigned to one or more roles.
31. Restrict Access You can also restrict one or more users from viewing a document to which they otherwise have access.
32. Some More Features! Folder MonitorThe Folder Monitor feature in Globodox allows you to monitor one or more folders. Any documents added to the monitored folders are automatically added to Globodox. Very useful when working scanners which save their documents to a folder. Also required in situations in which an existing applications saves reports to a folders and these reports need to be automatically added to Globodox. Email CaptureGlobodox is an excellent email management tool as well. It can capture email messages from one or more POP3 servers. Captured messages behave like any other document in the system. So you link them to other documents, secure/share them or add notes to them. REST Based APIA REST Based API is available to help in integrating Globodox with other applications.
