Product evaluation and future development
– Use your client’s feedback from your
interview
– Address each specific performance
criteria (criterion B) one by one. Did you
fully achieve it? Partially? Not at all?
– Explain how / why in each case.
– Separately, make 3-4 recommendations
for future product development. What
could be changed, improved, or added?
5. Criterion F – Finally
• Be objective: even a very good project has
things that could be improved.
• Suggestions for improvement are required
• Suggestions should be specific:
– “Client information page could be
better” – Vague & superficial
– “Client information page could feature
an embedded Google Map to help
customers find the office.” - Better
