This seminar is about cultural differences between Dutch and Russian business people. It is not about the
conventional differences, but deep, invisible but the most important ones – VALUES, driver and motivator of our
actions. In our seminar, you will learn first how these values are transferred on us, and how they influence our
behaviour,businessactionsincluding.Inthesecondpart,youwillexplorethisknowledgeandtranslateitintoaction
thanks to the real case studies, which you can bring in, and exercises. You will learn how to minimise cross-cultural
conflicts and accelerate the effectiveness of your negotiations and collaboration with your Dutch/Russian business
counterparts.

Hofstede, one of world’s most cited researchers. Over seventy itim experts, with diverse cultural and professional
backgrounds, are available to conduct these master classes, to take you from an international presence to true

The seminar uses cognitive learning of the extensive research of Prof. Dr. Hofstede applied to real life case studies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation prior to the start of the programme may cost a percentage of the programme fee :
• Over 3 weeks no charge,
• 2 to 3 weeks 30%,
• 1 to 2 weeks 60%,
• During the last week 100%.
• If there is not a sufficient number of participants the seminar may be cancelled or postponed. Cancellation will be
announced at least 3 weeks before the start of the course. The programme fee will be fully refunded.
