Company Background and References
Lalvani Logistics Inc.
Lalvani Logistics Inc. is a full-service supply chain management consulting firm,
based in Milton, Ontario. We leverage our knowledge of and relationships within
the transportation, warehousing, and IT sectors to provide clients with innovative
solutions to the difficulties and opportunities they face today.
LLI works with companies across a wide range of industries including renowned
manufacturers in the food and confectionery industry. We specialize in optimization
of retail-related value chains – particularly at the manufacturing, transportation,
and warehousing stages within them.
We distinguish ourselves with our commitment to numerical analysis and we
believe all decisions should be based in a sound analytical foundation, all while
keeping an eye on the higher-level strategic implications for the company. We buy
$40 to 50 million in freight annually and manage another $6 million for a 3PL firm.
This allows us to leverage superior buying power and relationships for our clients,
saving them 10 to 12 percent of their freight bills within the Canadian landscape, on
average.
We have created the RTA brand to build new relationships within the industries
mentioned above and to help discover innovative new ways to solve the problems
facing companies today.
