- From Debt collection going through to skip-tracing, medical billing, loan servicing and its call center, via cost containment and subrogation, all goes to build our business intelligence. - In 1997, IWMC began to collect for hospitals and medical entities. This was a task carried out mainly from touristic locations, origins of the debt, to locating the patient back home. To do so we had staffed our floor with professional polyglots and empowered them with skip-tracing and investigative knowledge.\nThe financial branch started soon after, to benefit from an international coverage for their unpaid accounts and, in return, gain more time for the core of their business.\n
- Recoveries are not just about collecting. Debtors need to be located, their assets verified. The health or activity of a business also needs to be investigated. Skip-tracing, in-depth investigation and asset-check, legally used, come to support our aim: recover from any point in the world at the best price. In order to implement these goals, we have made connections and built an international network that leads to the most remote locations. Back home, we have a fully dedicated department that also includes and manages all these ancillary services.\n
- Our call center and loan servicing was created to respond to an ever growing demand: take over loan servicing and soft collections. Be ahead of collections and follow accounts as soon as they become past due. These tasks are adjustable and, in general, set by the client in a contract form. Gentle reminders and close follow up are carried out by a specific team according to their language knowledge.\n
- Clients of the healthcare sector pay particularly attention to their reputation and the potential client loss. Our medical billing was first created as pre-collections to comfort their worries in these changing times. Although we still carry this out as part of our customized collections’ service. We have also turned part of the response to handle pure medical billing. This service, being globally delivered is handled in a very specific way. Coding is implemented in our system from a pre-existing source. To round up the service, a three months, soft recovery period is included. \n
- Cost Containment and subrogation are part of our services. However, until recently they where available only on-demand. A proper department has been created only this year, after eighteen months testing, staffing and evaluation. Part of our business intelligence methodologies, that is used to fulfill this mandate, was applied to our-selves. We are now organized and negotiate for our clients, based on methodologies and analysis to monitor plans, for effective financial sustainability, return focus where it belongs and reduce costs.\n

All the data comes in and goes out of the same data warehouse. Every piece is recycled and geared to produce reports taken over to a more in-depth level by our analyst team.\n
