• Information submitted by athletes in a
Registered Testing Pool (RTP) about
their quarterly locations
4. Athlete Responsibilities
• Provide whereabouts information to JADCO every
quarter by the specified deadlines
• The Whereabouts information provided must be
– Accurate,
– Complete
– Timely
• Athlete must always be present at the location(s)
during the time specified for their one hour
location(s)
5. Whereabouts Information
Requirements
– One hour location & one hour time slot(between
6am to 11pm)
– Mailing Address
– Daily Residence
– Regular Activities
• Training location(s)
• Work location(s) or
• School location(s)
– Competition location(s)
6. Whereabouts Submission
Deadlines
QUARTER PERIOD DEADLINE
Q1 January - March December 31
Q2 April - June March 31
Q3 July - August June 30

7. Whereabouts Consequences
1) Whereabouts Filing Failures
» Non-submission by the deadline specified by JADCO
» Submission of fraudulent or insufficient whereabouts
information
2) Missed Tests
» Unavailability of an athlete at the location specified
for one hour time slot.
8. How to Submit
Athletes are required to submit their whereabouts
information by using WADA’s online Anti-Doping &
Administration Management System.

*athletes without internet access are encouraged to select a third
party to assist with whereabouts submission

ADDRESS INFORMATION
– Addresses must include the following information
where applicable:
» A lot or house or room number
» Name of the avenue or street
» *A contact person
» Any other additional information that will allow a DCO to
find the address e.g. directions using landmarks in your
community.

Submission Tips
Do not wait until the last minute to submit.
If you are having difficulties contact JADCO
Submit the most important locations in ADAMS first:
Overnight locations e.g. home etc.
1 hr time slot location
1 hr time slot
If you do not know your whereabouts for the quarter,
you can submit temporary entries and update them if
they are any changes.
14. Friendly Tips For Out-of-
competition Testing
Some Athletes select times and/or locations that
may be constrictive to the DCO/Chaperone
Locations at times are not totally comfortable for
Athlete
Locations at times are hard to locate
The DCO will not contact athlete for directions
15. Friendly Tips For Out-of-
competition Testing
Ensure that the location and time selected for your
one hour time slot is comfortable and suitable for
doping control
DCO and Chaperone must have access to all areas
that the athlete as access to
Detailed address must be provided on the
location, directions may apply

functioning bathroom facilities
Athletes must remain at one hour time
location throughout entire designated one
hour period

This is a constant problem we experience with the athletes vague addresses. A contact person incase the DCO would like further directions to your location. Must submit addresses that are complete and accurate.
