2. Create a session
3. Invite a participant
4. Install software
5. Observe the user
6. Remove software
7. Save video

> Live recruiting > Morae integration
> Outputs FLV (Flash) > Outputs WMV (Win
> Internet Explorer only Media)
> Uses IE plugin (v. small) > More polished
> Click stream data > Download app (2 MB)
> Chatting
Currently being re-developed :( > Auto-launch test site

> International participants (Skype helps)
> Network connection quality
> Re-connecting dropped participants
> Only works in Windows
> No view of the user (at the moment)
