15. Our Product
RaceGlass is an application for Google Glass and will be available to purchase through the Google Glass app store. It
will be an incredibly user-friendly app that will offer suggested training routes, provide numerous stats (distance, time,
pace, incline/grade, current place in race, and an option for social interaction (via visual Twitter stream on Glass screen
or audio reading of messages).
Our Team
Our Vision
RaceGlass believes in racers. We want to help
everyone be the best racer they can be – this means
being prepared, being safe, and having fun! We want
to give racers the support that will help them improve
their performance, keep them safe on the road, and
allow them the opportunity to stay in touch with their
fans while racing – it can now be social! Racers will
be able to receive support from friends and family
during the race and track the location of friends in the
race. RaceGlass hopes to encourage more people to
start racing when they recognize how safe and fun it
can be!

Do not list your accountant, law firm, and other vendors. You’re paying them. They’re not “investing” in you. If you’re going to list advisors, ensure that they are really well-known for the market you’re going after.

Forecasts predict large-scale adoption of wearable tech (Davies, 2013)
Look to smartphones:
Apps like #raceglass will be part of similar adoption
550,446 USAT-registered triathletes in U.S. (USAT)
15.5 million running event finishers in U.S. (RunningUSA.org)
Rapid market growth
Health/fitness app growth
No one can forecast that far ahead, but people want to see your vision for how the company evolves. Be conservative—put up numbers that you are 90% confident that you can meet.
But don’t say that you’re being conservative because you’re not—you’re pulling numbers out of the air and you have no idea what will happen.
