OpenPhoto is an open source photo sharing and storage platform that allows users to aggregate, back up, and organize their photos without relinquishing control or portability of their photos. It provides alternatives to Flickr by allowing users to choose their own photo storage location and install the software themselves. The project is actively developing mobile apps, an API, and plugins to integrate with other photo applications.
