I manage the Genomics Core facility at the CRUK Cambridge Institute, which involves managing a large NGS collaboration based around shared Illumina instruments across 11 Institutions. The lab is heavily based on Illumina NGS and high-throughput genomics technologies including 10X Genomics, Fluidigm, Agilent and Life Technologies.
