Thandie Newton gave a TED talk on embracing otherness and herself. She started by defining the topic and how it affected her life experiences from childhood to present. To engage the audience, she provided examples from her own life and used some humor. However, she could have improved by interacting more with the audience and moving around the stage instead of standing in one place.
4. She started off by stating what she was speaking on. Then
defining it in her own words and how it effect her in life. From
the stage of a young girl to the woman she is today.

6. Dynamism 3 out of 5
I believe she has great speaking qualities but lacked the luster of
interacting with the audience. Also she seemed stiff as if her feet
were glued to the ground. If she would have moved around to
actually some type of contact with the audience would have been
helpful.

10. TIPS
The best thing I can you as help with your up incoming speeches. To be motivated to give it
your all and leave nothing on the table. Also to come up with topics to not lose your train of
thought. Think of some jokes to loosen yourself up and your viewers. Give eye contact to
every part of the room and always smile.
