11. Holiday remains the main purpose
of visit to the Philippines
• Increasing holiday trips
• Greater holiday vacation for China, Japan and Korea
• Russia, Taiwan and Hong Kong are also motivated by
holiday trips
• Substantial VFRs for USA, Australia and Canada
• Growing number of business trips from India, Japan and
