14. Tribal Village Evangelism Once a month, our partners in India rent a truck, load it up with equipment and supplies, and take off to remote tribal villages, very often where no other pastor or evangelist has ever been. The results have been phenomenal as many souls have been saved, churches established, and Hinduism renounced.
15. School of Ministry Monthly three-day sessions have proven a successful way for pastors from far-away villages to receive training in the Word of God. In 2009, the doors will open to accept new students as the school grows and works toward becoming self-supporting.
16. New Churches New churches are established in many villages that are evangelized through the monthly Tribal Village Evangelism program. New believers come together under the leadership of a newly-appointed pastor; the Body of Christ grows strong under his leadership.
17. Adopt-a-Pastor Partners and friends of Heart of God International provide a small allowance for several pastors ($12.00/month) to help them provide for their families. Many villages cannot afford to support a pastor; this small offering makes it possible for their families to be fed and their basic needs met.
18. Leper Support As well as providing rice for an entire leper colony for $50 each month, this past year Heart of God International raised the funds to provide permanent housing for 31 families of lepers. Their suffering is more than one can imagine, but God has been gracious and merciful through His provision!
31. Fresh Drinking Water A fresh water well sponsored by Heart of God International was dug and still operates in the village of Mayanja. Until this time, villagers had to walk up to five miles to fetch water that was unsuitable for drinking (the only available). Heart of God International recognizes the importance of meeting physical needs as well as spiritual.
32. Free Medical Clinics Free medication per doctor’s orders made available to all patients. Free medical examination and diagnosis, prescription and plan for treatment.
33. Children’s Ministry Teams led children in worship, helped them with crafts and object lessons, and taught them about the love of Jesus. Heart of God International provided a coloring book and crayons to each of nearly 3000 children in one day which outlined the plan of salvation in pictures.
34. Women’s Ministry Women’s Conferences give opportunity to minister to the women one-on-one, praying with them, teaching them, encouraging them, and giving them tools for life.
35. Bible Distribution Kenya ministry team learned early on that many Kenyans in remote tribal regions have no Bibles. It is the heart of this ministry to provide the Word of God to as many people as possible. We have contacts within Kenya who will help secure Bibles translated in Swahili to be distributed where needed most.

41. Psalm 91 Miracle Enemy bullet hit the helmet of an American soldier who used Psalm 91 as his theme in combat. Bullet entered at the temple and missed his head, leaving an imprint on the top of his helmet. The path of the bullet changed and missed the soldier’s head totally.
42. ChAPLAIN & interpreter Iraqi interpreters are being introduced to the Gospel through the work of the Chaplains, and seek out the truth. Strong friendships are being made and open doors to share the Good News of salvation. Miraculous stories are coming out of Iraq and Afghanistan because the Spirit of God is moving and drawing men and women to Him.
43. Tunes for troops Responding to a request by chaplains, Soldiers Bible Ministry has provided brand new instruments for use on the bases to improve morale. Enlisting the help of several people and music retailers, several instruments were sent to Iraq in August 2008.
