A human resource is one person
within a company's overall
workforce, with each person
lending their skills and talents to
the organization to help it succeed.
Any person willing to trade their
labor, knowledge, or time for
compensation in an effort to
improve the organization is a
human resource. It doesn't matter
if they're part-time, full-time,
freelance, or contract employees

have a great impact on others by clocking in each day. The day-to-day

HR MANAGER & HR ASSOCIATE/OFFICER
An HR Manager job description should detail the need for
an individual with strong collaboration, communication,
negotiation & interpersonal skills. It is also essential that
they are up to date with an understanding of industry
awards, current pay rates & industry trends surrounding
non-monetary benefits. Education is a key component for
this role. A minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in
HR or Business would be necessary, along with previous
experience of 3 to 5 years in the HR field.

HR MANAGER HR ASSOCIATE/OFFICER
Employment of HR Manager is projected to grow 6% from
2019 to 2029, faster than the average for all occupations.
Employment growth depends largely on the performance &
growth of individual companies. As new companies form &
organizations expand their operations, they will need more
HR Managers to administer & monitor their programs.
Employment of HR Officer is projected to grow 7% from
2019 to 2019, faster than the average for all occupations.
Companies are likely to continue to outsource HR functions
to organizations that provide these services, rather than
directly employing HR Officers. In addition, services of HR
Generalists will likely be needed to handle increasingly
complex employment laws and benefit options.
