Limerick Generating Station Radiology and Chemical Labs; managed as part of the nuclear generating station licensing and
startup. Coordinated and managed activates of owner purchased and installed equipment and systems for fuel load of new
facility; Implemented Nuclear Regulatory design changes, post Three Mile Island accident. Involved modification of backup
electrical systems, upgrading of HVAC and rad-waste controls; Managed a team of consultants and craft in execution of a fast
track project to meet plant startup milestone dates ($10m).
1978-1980
Design- Build; PA Designed/Estimated/Managed construction of: a three bedroom, two bathroom contemporary, passive solar
frame house. This included a detached three car, two story garage with stand-a-lone heating and septic system. Subdivided
property in into three building lots and constructed two, two story frame colonials with single attached garages. The work on this
project was in large part was self performed ($160k).
1994-1995
Renovation-land development; Estimated/Managed/Engineered/Purchased 1930 vintage, two story, frame structure;
performed complete renovation of: electrical, mechanical and all finishes. Modifications included, a new country kitchen, a new
powder and laundry room, addition of storage and closet space, a new rear deck, siding, windows, roof, HVAC system, a new
200 AMP electric service and a revised contemporary floor plan; Subdivided property into four separate building lots ($500k).
1997-1998
Renovations; Estimated/Managed complete renovation of two, three bedrooms homes, built in 1910 and a 1952 respectfully.
The work included: upgrade off all finishes, new kitchens, bathrooms, furnaces, replacement of windows, up-grade of
landscaping, and a new driveways. These projects were self performed. ($100k ea.)
1997-1998
Design-Build; Estimated/Managed the construction of a two story, 4500 sq. ft. stucco on frame, Tudor with an attached three car
garage. Re-designed structure from; a TGI construction method to standard framing and steel bearing to enable a more open
floor plan from the original design concept ($400k).
1998
Renovation-land development; Estimated/Engineered/Purchased 1930 vintage two story frame structure; Performed complete

1998-1999
Family Room Addition and Renovation: Estimated/Managed/Constructed re-work of a 1950 two story frame and masonry
house. Work consisted of: up-grade of all finishes, new HVAC, new furnace, complete gutting of master-bath, installation of
whirlpool, tub and separate steam shower unit, construction of 500 sq. ft. great room with interior court yard, replacement of 2200
sq. ft. of flagstone patio deck, re-piping of pool filter and heating systems, window and door replacement through-out, expanded
CT 360 amp electric service with back-up generator, a 200’ long retaining wall, upgraded landscape package, remodel of three
full bathrooms and one powder-room ($225k).
1998-2000
Rental Property Upgrades and Renovations (Section 8); Estimated/Managed construction of: mechanical, electrical, plumbing
systems upgrades, as well as new finishes and kitchens for approximately 20 investment properties for an investment group who
focused on Section 8 rentals. Much of this work was self performed. ($200K)
2000-2001
St. Kevin, Office Wing and Family Life Center: Estimated/Managed; an office wing gym, located in Springfield Township,
Delaware County PA. This ground up 14, 0000 sq. ft., $1.5m, steel and masonry building, with EFIS exterior finish. Project
duration was eight months and was completed on time. Recommended design revisions and value engineering resulted in
substantial cost savings for the parish.
2001
Supercuts, Media PA; Estimated/Managed; $100,000.00 tenant fit-out; for franchiser of 2000 sq. ft. of retail space. Unit built to
specifications in approximately 100 days. Included; all finishes and plumbing, electrical and HVAC upgrades ($78k).
2001-2002
Cabrini College, Widener Building Fine Arts Center, Radnor, PA.: Estimated/Managed a $460,000.00
renovation of 6,000 class room and office space into a state of the art studio/printmaking/instructional space for a visual arts
program, as well as faculty offices and sound studio. The project was completed on a very tight schedule, on time, in support of
the college’s scheduled fall startup. Project included: demolition, complete mechanical and electrical upgrades and interior fit-out.
2002
Valley Forge, Military Academy and College, Wayne, PA: Estimated/Managed; approximately $400,000.00 in
renovations to various buildings within the campus. These included design build projects to the following: Mellon Hall Museum,
Price Hall Swimming Pool and Exercise Facility, ADA ramps, upgraded ADA bathrooms in numerous locations. In addition,
provided budgetary cost estimates, used by the Academy, for long term facility upgrades and maintenance planning.
2003
Wallingford Medical Center; Estimated/Managed; $250,000.00; complete retro fit, of slab on grade, medical office building.
Renovated; lobby, doctor’s offices, patient exam rooms, upgrading all finishes and all electrical and mechanical systems.
Modified; the parking lot, to adhere to Township requirements, for new business application.
2003
Media Real Estate, Old Boeing Facility, Rt. 420 Morton PA; Estimated/Managed $250,000.00 renovation and tenant fit-out of
vanilla box space. Converted second floor, approximately 6, 000 sq. ft into offices and support space for Keystone Healthcare
Transit, Converted the first floor approximately 5,000 sq. ft. into a child care facility. Renovation included; all finishes, and HVAC
and Electrical upgrades.

Harcum College, Bryn Mawr, PA; Estimated a $300,000.00 renovation to Cohen Dental Lab. Work scope included 12
classrooms, waiting area/reception lounge, lavatories; all finishes, mechanical, electrical, med gases and sprinklers upgrades or
installation.
2004
St Charles Borromeo Church, Bensalem PA; Managed a $210,000 removal and replacement of interior chapel cathedral roof.
Work performed with minimum impact to daily church services; required the design of a rolling scaffold, unit 35 feet high. A
second scaffold unit was constructed to span the alter section, of granite and marble finish.
2004
Collingdale Borough, ADA, Access Upgrade: Estimated/Managed; $120,000.00 public works; ADA approach and elevator
installation. Project required facility modification, site and electrical upgrades.
2004
Delaware County, Government Center, Receiving Dock, Media, PA; Estimated/Managed a $450,000.00 interior
and exterior public works project. Project consisted of the removal and construction of a monolithically poured concrete brick
faced, 16’x 110’, retaining wall and concrete access ramp, interior and material access upgrades to receiving area and site work.
2004
Crozer Group Medical Healthplex and Hospital, Springfield Township, PA;
Estimated/Engineered/Managed a $250,000.00 renovation which included: structural design, construction and
modifications of; electrical and mechanical systems, interior fit out and finishes. The new facility created is now a state of the art;
two story exercise and nutrition area, where there was once; two-racquetball courts. Work was performing during normal
operating times with minimum impact to the facility’s clients and operation.
2004
Darby Borough Main Street Upgrade; Estimated a Public Works project, valued at $400,000.00; façade upgrades on fourteen
retail store-fronts; renovated operating businesses, coordinating construction activities to minimize impact to owners and their
clientele. Included; structural stabilizations, new windows, doors, paint, roof repairs and signage.
2004-2005
Rose Tree Tavern Relocation, Upper Providence Township Delaware County; Estimated/Engineered/Managed this
$1,400,000.00 public works project consisted of the moving of a three story 750 ton stone structure, 200’ horizontally, northeast
of the road intersection. Directed; the design build- stabilization process, as well as the site design and construction of the
required shoring installation and access road.
2004-2005
Shadyside Park, West Bradford Township; Estimated/Managed a 31 acre, $2,000,000.00, public works project, which
included: site grading, E&S controls, storm water system, parking lot, curbs and walking paths, tennis courts, basketball courts,
in-line-skate-rink, 4 pavilions, volley ball courts, horse pits, ampatheater, landscaping and hardscapes.
2005
Tiny “T” ‘s Deli; $150,000.00; Estimated/Managed addition and renovation, which included site storm water improvements and
revisions to building and parking access. Ground up addition of a prep kitchen including; a new pent roof and a total renovation
of the structures exterior finishes. Upgrade of electric service and HVAC unit.

Cold Stone Creamery, Ardmore PA; Estimated/Managed a $200,000.00 retail fit out for a franchiser, totaling approximately
3000 sq. ft of retail space. Unit built to specifications in approximately 100 days. Included all finishes and electrical and HVAC
upgrades.
2005-2006
Underwood Memorial Hospital; facility upgrades; Estimated/Managed, approximately $2,000,000.00 in renovations including
all access corridors to a 320 bed facility; also renovated the following functional areas: Operating Rooms (OR), Employee’s
Cafeteria, Gift Shop, Snack Bar and Deli, Medical Arts Office Building, Administration Area, Admissions, and the “Downs
Building”. Also upgraded two areas; within the Radiation Department, including the replacement of on G.E. x-ray unit.
Negotiated and awarded contracts for the total facility roof replacement and for the replacement of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of
access walk-ways and patios. Renovations included finish upgrades, electrical, mechanical and fire alarm systems interfaces.
2005-2007
Performed consulting services for: P. Agnes, scheduling of health care renovations, for the Bryn Mawr Hospital, and C.Raymond
Davis, assisted in value engineering the Quaker school, in Fort Washington.
2005-2006
Underwood Memorial Hospital; Engineering Project Manager/Owner’s Rep; $46,000,000.00 GMP;
110,000 square foot, seven story addition, and Emergency Room addition, a 6 Level Pre-Cast parking garage and, stand-alone
20,000 square foot medical building (MOB). Responsible for; managing Construction Manager (Bovis-Lend Lease) and
engineering consultants (RTKL) and interfacing with Hospital Executives involved in this project. Provide: value engineering,
design conflict resolutions, review/approve change orders and payment applications, facilitate and coordinate construction
activities and schedule within operating facility.
2007-KIMCO, Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA
Lead in preparing estimated for two retail outlets, Pep Boys and Pet-Smart, approx. 70k Sq. ft. ($4.2M). Slab on grade masonry
buildings.
2007-Brown Hill Development: Fish Town, Philadelphia PA
Pop Corn Factory Conversion to 72 Condominiums, estimated, prepared work scopes, assisted in buy-outs, filled in as Project
manager, as required ($13m), completed within budget.
2007-Whole Foods, New York City
Assisted Chief Estimator in; preparing conceptual estimate for developing store location in downtown NY City ($20m). Project
included: 300 car two level parking garage.
