Cary Reines, Retail Sales Director – Since 2009, Cary Reines has successfully lead
the Embrace Home Loans retail division; overseeing sales and origination activities of
the platform. Spanning over 20 offices along the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic Regions,
Reines’ platform contains roughly 190 mortgage professionals. Reines enjoys investing
in the company’s greatest asset, its people, and this has attributed to the success and
growth of the platform. His “hands on” management approach provides the tools
necessary to cultivate managers into knowledgeable leaders as well as great
coaches. This methodology of “giving-first” has rendered a 98% positive customer
referral rating as well as an increase of 40% in closed volume over the last three years.
Kenny Kasnett, Executive Vice President – Kenny Kasnett has been instrumental
with the growth initiative and continual development of our retail platform by opening
several new retail offices within the last two years. His experience and networking
acumen partnered with Embrace’s core values, many strengths, and commitment to
sustained growth has positioned the platform for rapid expansion. Kasnett prides himself
on his ability to identify individuals that aspire to shape the mortgage industry and in
particular Embrace’s retail platform.

Embrace is committed to the communities where employees and customers reside. A
significant portion of pre-tax profits is distributed to charity each month. Over the past 5
years we have donated more than $15 million to charitable causes. Embrace matches
100% of eligible employee charitable donations of $25 or more, up to $2,500 per
calendar year, and employees are encouraged to take up to 100 paid hours off to
volunteer for a charitable organization. Embrace matches each volunteer hour with a $10
donation to the qualified charitable organization.

22. 2012 embrace additions
Quin Bernhardt - joined the Embrace Home Loans family as the
Branch Manager of our Louisville, KY retail branch. He has been
in the mortgage/ finance business as a Sales Manager for years;
working for Fifth Third Bank, PHH Mortgage and Stonegate
Mortgage. Quin has received recognition for being a perennial top
producer from each of his past employers as well as from the
Mortgage Bankers Association. He is currently serving as
President of Metro Louisville Networking and was the past
President of Mortgage Bankers Association of Louisville.
Marcos Sanchez - joined the Embrace Home Loans family with
nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry.
Prior to joining Embrace, Marcos managed a branch for Corridor
Mortgage Group with 7 Loan Officers. In 2010 & 2011, his office
ranked # 2 in production companywide with loan production
exceeding $7 million per month on average. In addition to his
Branch Manager duties, Marcos averages more than $15 million
per year of personal production. Marcos also worked for Access
National Mortgage as an area manager for close to 5 years, RBC
Mortgage as a partner in the Mid Atlantic Division for 7 years, and
Harbor Financial Mortgage Corporation as the Secondary
Marketing Manager for nearly 5 years.

Tony Scardelletti- joined the Embrace Home Loans family as a
Branch Manager for our Bethesda Maryland location. Being in the
business for over 16 years has allowed Tony to become an expert
in his field. Prior to Embrace, Anthony was a partner at
Washington Capitol Financial Corporation as well as the owner of
his mortgage company. He is an active member of the Maryland
Mortgage Brokers Association.
