2. Introduction Student Page Title Introduction Task Process Evaluation Conclusion Credits [ Teacher Page ] This assignment’s goal is to get students involved with internet based research. They will be provided a few web sites that will be used for their research. The idea is to get a group representing each continent in the world, and present facts and information about that continent to the class. This is a web based jigsaw assignment, that in the end will leave the entire class with insight to the social and geographical features of the globe. The students will then prepare a PowerPoint presentation on their topic and present their findings to the class.

The student led presentations will take the teacher out of the lecture role and let the students do the teaching. If managed properly this lesson could be very fun and educational.
