This handout is for use in my 2012 STC Summit progression session, Driving Change: Empowering Yourself to Empower Your Organization. The session helps attendees determine what issues might need to be solved in their organization. It then helps these professionals use their networks, research skills, and other resources to find potential solutions. We then discuss how to drive a positive change within the organization.
