2. Statement of the Problem
1. The staffers see each other personally to conduct meetings for
designated assignment.
2. Problem when it comes to consolidation of all articles to be
included to the publication issue.

3. There is difficulty in monitoring whether which department is not
yet producing their issue or have already produced.
4. Not all students can receive a copy off each issue due to limited
number of published news letters.
5. Some staffers are not recognized nor identified.

3. Objectives of the Project
1. To provide easy way dissemination of designated task and other
relates information to each staffers.
2. For the layout artist, the system aims to provide convenient
consolidation of all articles submitted by each editor as well as the
proof reader for checking and advisor for approval.
3. To provide easy monitory to all published news letter of each
publication unit and determine which publication unit did not
meet the required number of issue for a particular semester.
4. The proposed system will be design through online not only the
student can view the published news but also the people who
wanted to read.
5. The proposed system will provide profile management for each
staffers for their recognition and identification.

4. Scope
1.The proposed system can help in disseminating their
task and consolidating the articles in easiest ways.
2. It’s main purpose is to know whose department did not
submit their article on the exact deadline.
3.MSCian’s staffers will be given an account for their
respective purposes and the E.I.C will serve as an
administration.
4.They can also view the latest updates in all campuses of
MSC.

5. Limitation
1. In this system the staffer cannot view or
determine who paid the publication fee.
2. Authorized user only will be allowed to access
the system.
