- We are recommending regulations that protect children and large areas where the public assembles such as movie theaters, hospitals, day care centers, etc. We tried to balance for existing development. Issues to work through : Working with other jurisdictions Whether to include full land parcels with Tier 1 where land parcel is large and less than 20% of 65 DNL occurs
- The Amendment to the residential code includes: Wall construction, Windows, Doors and Interior Ceilings The Amendment of the Building Code will require that an interior sound level of 45 dBL.
