7. Agree time and Date for the Audit
Discuss domestic arrangements, Audit Fee
/Expenses/accommodation/welfare arrangements.
Kick off meeting and introduction to all stake holders.
Conduct Location audit, Time of audit is dependant on the
size of site and scope of audit required.
Arrange time with HODs/Responsible persons.
Close audit meeting with Immediate findings and overview to
senior management.
Written Audit Result with in 2 weeks of Audit.
