  1. Resum del que s’ha fet … S’ha passat de 238 indicadors possibles a 11 En el procés han participat 636 persones, en diverses rondes i tot plegat s’ha fet un temps raonable, desde la prova pilot fins a la 2 onada en 3 mesos.
  2. Aquí veiem la pantalla inicial del sistema … Això (aplicació) es va fer tres vegades A la prova pilot 25 persones in situ van en una hora passar de 85 a 52 indicadors … Per cada indicador es varen consensuar 5 preguntes A la 1ª onada unes 100 persones, però treballant asincronament van passar de 52 a 36 … les mateixes 5 preguntes I finalment a la 2ª onada ( 3ª aplicació) 415 persones varen passar de 36 a 11 en 3 preguntes per indicador Després comentem les altres rondes …

  5. Xarxa Centinella … un collectiu compromes a priori Ideas … lideratge i aspectes de com estan a la feina … Clima laboral … Les guies de practica clinmica les coneix la gent ?... Enquesta en el territori sobre la guia de practica clinica …Ningu de l’hospital et dira que no sap com renarse les masn …. El ciruja no es renta els mans quan suret de planat …
  6. Us comento breument en primer lloc una sèrie de conceptes que intervenen en certa forma en el que jo us vull presentar ... Son com una mena de marc conceptual del Health Conensus ... Presa de decisions: - De un model de presa de decisions centralitzat es possible obrir processos de presa decisions en el que intervinguin més persones .... Ara costa consultar a un numero ampli dels membres d’una organització, per temes d’operativitat ... es pot passar a un model en el que es deixa que puguin influir en les decisions més persones. Participació - Obrir a la participació de grups amplis de persones en els debats, les idees i com s’ha dit, finalment en la presa de decisions és costos , lent i al final poc operatiu ... Per múltiples raons La idea centrat es comptar amb el coneixement i les opinions de tothom ... Al Pla de Salut de Catalunya la participació és un item rellevant ... En el àmbit de la salut com tos sabeu el coneixement es molt capil·lar ... Al despatx de cada metge ... Com es pot fer que aquets coneixement entri en valor .,.. Col·laboració: Les capacitats i el coneixement de les persones es pot sumar de forma més àgil i eficient .. Pensem en que les reunions de persones de més de un dotzena son poc operatives i no tothom té la possibilitat d’intervenir... NO es possible pensar en reunions de 100 o de 1000 persones en el que tothom pugi dir la seva, i que no sigui una simple votació Aprenentatge El consens es també un mecanisme d’aprenentatge ... Que permet contrastar el que jo se o penso amb el que pensen i/o saben els altres. I això m'ajuda a a prendre des de la meva pròpia posició ... Totes questes idees donen lloc al que es denomina RTD ... Si algun vol mes informació sobre el concepte pot anar a Estem davant d’un tema relativament nou i en l que hi encara pocs referents ... I ara un parell de caso en els que això es posa en pràctica
