Doing well with #1 allows us some breathing room to work on these areas. Undergraduates are almost solely concerned with these areas, and we see in analytics and other assessments a focus on hours, room reservations, etc. We can add events, blogs, etc.\n

Huge “crossover” potential of special collections (public scholarship, etc.) and especially important as our broad base of collections goes digital. Treat coherent digital collections as just that. Exhibits and named collections get extra love.\n
Make sure users can find our stuff (and not just our home page) in Google. Deep links.\n
