1 Description of the Organization  Enterprise is a workshop called TALLERNIC, already have 8 years in the market, thecompany only gives mechanics service, does not spare parts service, painting, etc. It consists of two people, the Chief and a mechanic.
2 Current service description
 Arrangement of any brand engines service is provided however we specialize in brandsHonda and Volkswagen, also the service of engines is given either installation of Turbomodification of computers etc. for competition as the quarter mile and other racingtrack.
3 PRODUCT Our service is based on the arrangement of engines and accessories whether by misuseor normal wearand tear of the auto, satisfy the needs of the client to fix the affectedpart of the motor as well as improve their performance either for normal use or forcompetition, generate complacency at the moment of giving a diagnosis of otherfailures that they could fix without having to increase the cost of the initialarrangement requested by the client.
4 PRICE
 Puts a price depending on competition and sector there more than two nearbymechanical and are not within our sector, our prices are a little higher from thecompetition for the type of services offered. To make tangible service shows you whatwas done and given the changed parts, a wreck of exclusivity can be maintained in the case of installation of accessories for competition by what none of the nearbymechanics get the service that we give.
5 to customers who are faithful are given a discounted price from 10% to 15%depending on the work that had to be performed, also is given a guaranteed price allour works have warranty.  Segmentation of customers, has become as torque club members have a discount of10% on all services requested.
6 PROMOTION  There is no any promotion or advertising of the workshop that can be given to newcustomers know the existence of the workshop, the only way is to create verbalcommunication about our existence is a boca-oido between customers, only thus canbecome customers recommended by other customers.
7 in personal selling is possible create a relationship with customers, treating them in avery respectful and professional manner. There is no type of indirect sale,  Workshop image is no different to any other, we do not have uniforms that we identify,which favors us is the amount of services that we can offer as workshop multi-brandwho we are.
8. moment of truth  In the moment of truth, customers who are already known has a good opinion aboutthe service that is given in the workshop, but new customers don't have a good firstimpression since the care provided by the head towards customers is not adequate.
9 PLAZA  Our channel is short direct and selective since only received light cars and some largetrucks depending on the work that has to be.
10. do not have a storage of spare parts new, as well as a transport, three blockspasses a transportation but the majority of customers does not use the same, ourlocation is extensive but since nearly half of the workshop is being held bywoodworking machines can not enter more than three cars at a time.
11 PEOPLE
 In the company there is a cycle of quality of service by what should be implementedone to avoid loss of time and effort in the work undertaken, should be implemented inan area in which the workshop staff can keep your clothing and other implements.
 The people who work in the workshop there is a moderate passion for service.
 There is Empowerment.
