The study reveals that the basic personality profile of the call centre employees include being polished, diplomatic, having low abstract thinking but high concrete thinking. Since the call centre job entails interacting with clients, a good behaviour with them is must in order to have a good customer base. They have to be believing in the philosophy customer is always right. The obvious expectation from the call agent would be diplomatic, polished and wordly shrewd attitude. The call centre job does not need in general any particular area of specialization. The employees can come from any subject background and they just need to be +2 qualified. In a profession where the eligibility criteria is so low it is obvious that the abstract thinking requirement in this job will not be that high. The job is repetitive, monotonous and thus requires high concrete ability. It is the endeavour of the Human Resource Development to look into the human aspects of any work in any organization. Human beings are not to be considered as machines at work and they should be considered as human resources and not just a source of labour for getting the work done. Considering the humans as a resource, giving proper attention and value to them will only guarantee an organization better economic rewards and prosperity in the future.

User-centred thinking has done the design community proud. However, whilst its laser beam focus on the user is an undoubted strength, it does sometimes mean that the wider user eco-system is not always considered. I'm going to introduce system thinking (also known as service design). System thinking is a way to not only consider the user but the wider system in which a user interacts with a service or product. The increasing complexity of the world around us raises new challenges for designers, who are called to build cohesive experiences across broad ecosystems of products and services. Dealing with innovation and highly complex services, involving a large number of actors and many different channels, requires the adoption of new skills and techniques, that enable a more effective collaboration with all the stakeholders involved and support the dialogue around articulated systems and large amount of information. Looking at the theory, Service Design Tools (www.servicedesigntools.org) is a first comprehensive repository of methods and examples that could orientate a designer - or any other professional - approaching the challenges of designing services, to help identifying the right method according to the step of the process, the type of participants and the kind of information that need to be discussed. Jumping to the practice, the power of adopting a systemic approach and shaping tools and frameworks that can re-order and re-distribute knowledge within multifaceted teams to drive innovation processes has changed the way in which highly complex services are conceived and developed across segments - from healthcare to financial -. The ambition now is to see this evolving more and more into the way societal problems with large scale impact are addressed - bringing the benefit of system thinking into social innovation processes and organisation changes. However, it is very difficult to realize DAO in real world due to the prematurity of blockchain technology. 오늘 5월 15일 '공유경제 가능성과 성장을 위한 정책 방향' 세미나가 있었습니다. 정말 알찬 내용에 유익한 토론의 기회였습니다. 보다 많은 분들과 공유하고 싶은 세미나였습니다. 페북 중계 못한게 아쉽네요. 기재부 국장님께서도 참석해서 정부의 공유경제에 대한 의지를 보여주셨습니다. 저도 발표를 했지만 구자현 한국개발원 연구원님과 박지순 고대교수님의 발제 내용이 너무 좋아서 많이 배웠습니다. 패널토론도 질문과 의견들 너무 좋았습니다. 오늘 행사는 고려대 미래성장연구소와 한국공유경제협회가 중앙일보 후원으로 열렸습니다. -- "출발 늦은 한국 공유경제, 참여 개인 수익 높이면 급성장 가능" 한국이 미국·중국에 비해 공유경제의 출발이 늦었지만, 공유경제 플랫폼에 참여하는 개인이 조합원이 돼 이익을 가져가는 '조합형 공유경제 플랫폼'을 도입하면 추격이 가능하다는 주장이 나왔다. "블록체인 발달로 조합형 플랫폼 구현 가능" 이 자리에서 주제 발표를 맡은 조산구 공유경제협회장은 "우버 같은 공유경제 플랫폼 업체가 상장을 통해 돈잔치를 벌이는 한 편에선 이 플랫폼에 참여한 드라이버들이 상대적으로 낮은 소득에 시달리는 문제가 생기고 있다"고 지적했다. 그러면서 "한국은 (공유경제에 있어서) 이미 출발이 늦은 만큼 플랫폼에 참여하는 개개인을 주인으로 하는 조합형 모델을 도입하면 급성장 가능성이 있다"며 "블록체인 기술이 발전하면서 플랫폼 조합주의의 구현도 가능해졌고, 이를 적극 활용해야 한다"고 말했다. 15일 성루 명동 전국은행연합회 국제회의실에서 공유경제 세미나 참석자들이 패널 토론을 벌이고 있다. 왼쪽부터 구자현 한국개발연구원 연구위원, 김동호 중앙일보 논설위원, 사회자인 방문규 고려대 석좌교수, 조산구 한국공유경제협회장, 한훈 기재부 정책조정국장, 양희동 이대 교수, 최현경 산업연구원 연구위원. "공유 경제 활성화 위해 인프라 공유 필요" 이어진 패널 토론에서도 다양한 지적이 나왔다. 김동호 중앙일보 논설위원은 "올들어 시행 중인 규제샌드박스 심사가 신사업에 대한 또 하나의 관문이 되고 있다"며 "신사업에 대해 중국처럼 '선 시행 후 규제'까지는 못하더라도 규제샌드박스 문턱을 더 낮춰야 한다"고 지적했다. 양희동 이화여대 경영학부 교수는 "공유경제가 활성화하려면 물류 같은 인프라 공유가 필요하다"며 "정부가 할 일은 경제 주체들이 신뢰를 바탕으로 인프라를 공유할 토대를 만드는 것"이라고 말했다. 최현경 산업연구원 연구위원은 "공유경제 활성화를 위해 규제완화를 얘기하지만, 산업별로 갖고 있는 문제점이 다르고 해결방안도 다르다"며 "산업별 해법을 찾기 위한 작업이 필요하다"고 말했다. 토론에 참석한 한훈 기획재정부 정책조정국장은 "정부는 국민편익, 관련산업 발전, 기존 종사자 이익 보호라는 세 가지 기조를 바탕으로 공유경제 활성화 문제에 접근하고 있다"고 말했다.
