Hello! My name is Julie Halsey, I live in Houston, Texas. I am originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and proud to be a “yooper”.
My office is in a historic building completed in 1895, I work for CWS Apartment Homes as an operations manager responsible for sales training and many other items!
I love Houston and all of the great amenities the city has to offer. My building is right across the street from Minute Made Park and the Dynamo soccer stadium
Here is the leadership team getting ready for our National Meeting that focus on training and improving overall business practices.
There is never a dull moment in my work environment…I never know what items will cross my desk on any given day that I have to adapt quickly too…
I want our sales training process to be updated from the traditional face to face sales meetings that require travel time and office closures…
To one that is web-based, collaborative, and fun! My passion in training is in giving associates the tools they need to be successful.
I am very interested in utilizing Google Drive for the collaborative component of training and somehow integrating a flipped classroom concept in the traditional work arena.
