Dr Jen Pei-Ling Tan is a Research Fellow, Early Career Researcher, and Manager of the Creative Workforce Program within CCI at QUT. Jen has worked for ten years in the education and research field, prior to which she was a senior audit and business consultant in a leading global accounting firm. In her current role, Jen is responsible for the design, execution and management of numerous large-scale, ARC and industry co-funded projects that share a central research focus on how education systems can respond to the challenge of preparing learners and learning organisations for the new knowledge economy characterised by digitality, innovation and risk.
