Curves International charges right now $5.00 for NSF, which is cheaper than the banks.

Peterborough Utilities App. $250 @ month (more in Winter than Summer) This is about the average if
you keep the temperature low in Winter. (Members like it low anyway for WorkOut.). In summer you
have to do the opposite. Keep the temperature a little higher so the air conditioning is not running all
the time.
Swish- Company I use for toiletries, soaps, paper towels. They have other things too.
Our bathroom has their dispensers.
Forgot to look it up but I recently put in an order for 1 case of toilet paper and two cases of papertowel.
Approx. $180., I think. I don't know how long it lasts, for quite awhile, though.
Royal Rug Rental $14. every two weeks to change the rugs.
Approx. $30 @ month.
Ceridian is optional, is the company I use for the payroll. They are very reasonable. So is ADP co.
There are other companies. Personally, I think it is easier and cheaper to let them do the payroll than try
it yourself. I did a payroll yesterday of about 61 hours (two weeks wages for employees) and will cost
about $580.
I pay my employees $9.00 @ hour. Sometimes they make $5. commission if they sell a membership.

3. Their benefits are Free membership, and if they like something from Curves Products I charge it to
them at cost plus tax.
Ink cartridge ($127.00) approx for the Copier, fax, scanner machine). Does last awhile.
Office supplies Expense. Don't know for sure what I spend a month.
It usually includes, paper, pens, stickers, markers, chalk, printing of flyers, posters, staples, paperclips,
cd's, manilla folders, hand sanitizers, kleenex, vinyl letters for sandwichboard.
Cleaning supplies I buy when needed. Not that often.
You always need Icemelt in winter by door.
Memberships
In iGoFigure, I have 109 members entered.
3 members are my employees and should be subtracted from 111 members
1 member has a free membership in lieu of 5 hours of work @ month at Curves, she is active.
1 member has a year free membership that she won at a Silent Auction before I took over, active
1 member is a month to month as she does not want to attend every month (not active now)
1 member is 12 month prepay, renewable in November, Active
3 members are 6 month prepay, one is on hold, 2 active
2 members are 3 month prepay, active
3 members are students and pay half price, they are active
1 member is on hold for a year, due to family emergency, and wants to come back, but may not be able
to.
11 members are travelers and are due back soon.
8 members are on hold for medical reasons, one is back due soon, one in a few months, the others have
been on hold for awhile and am not sure about them returning.
77 members are on my Incentive board. That includes some of the ones above.
3 other members are also students and may sign up
1 member is due to sign up next week.
