LETTER OF INTENT
To the Principal,
This letter serves to inform you that I would not intend to renew my contract as
secondary teacher here at St. John the Apostle Academy. This is a family decision; they
want me to be employed in a public school, for me to have a salary that will help them
financially. My parents told me to support my brothers and sister in pursuing their
educational career. This semester, my brother stopped schooling because he desires to
take up criminology next school year.I know I have lots of errors here in school,
specifically not submitting required paper works on time. I also admit that I am poor in
classroom management;for these reasons, I want to improve my classroom
management and teaching skills in different school. I am hopefulthat I will have greater
opportunity outside of our school, so that I can help not only myself but specially my
family.They are the first reason why I pursue my dream to become a teacher and to
finish my studies, because of this, their decision will always be my first priority.
Since I do not intend to renew my contract, I would like to express my deepest
gratitude to all of you. Spending almost two years in my alma mater helped me a lot,
especially to be mindful on spiritual aspect of life.
