A Resposta De acordo com esses dados, o Playcenter resolveu investir para descobrir os motivos que fizeram com que o parque chegasse nessa situação. O motivo principal é que, com o advento da internet e da facilidade no acesso ao entretenimento digital, principalmente o videogame, o público que mais frequentava o parque, adolescentes e jovens, não se interessava nos serviços oferecidos.
O Desafio Tendo a resposta em mãos o Playcenter resolveu elaborar um projeto para reforçar a imagem do parque e quebrar o paradigma de “ultrapassado e desinteressante”. O desafio principal é chamar a atenção do público em geral  e realizar um esforço para inserir a marca na mente do consumidor como sinônimo de diversão.
A Proposta Anunciar em revistas segmentadas e com perfis adequados a imagem do parque tendo como principais atributos a diversão sem limites e torná-lo novamente referência em entretenimento.
